Welcome to CSP's eTicket SystemIn order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. CSP's Support hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, excluding Holidays. CSP does not provide after hours support. DO NOT USE YOUR PERSON EMAIL ADDRESS - THOSE TICKETS WILL BE CLOSED AUTOMATICALLY!
It is a violation of IT policy to share your password with anyone. Please see your HR department for a list of IT policies.
PayCor and ADP users - if you need your account reset for either of these sites - you must contact your Finance Department. CSP cannot reset passwords or unlock accounts for PayCor or ADP.
HSMS Users - DO NOT put a ticket in to have your password reset - please see your staff HSMS Administrator or your supervisor. CSP will NOT reset passwords on HSMS.

When placing a toner order - you must select "Purchase" from the help topics. Include the Make/Model of the printer and the toner part number. Example: HP is the make, LaserJet 1212nf is the model and HP 85A is the toner part number.
CSP will be closed 12/25/2017, 12/26/2017 and 01/01/2018 for the holidays.
